Caroline is passionate about performing great music. A successful solo
pianist and singer, she is delighted to be a part of the funk that is Vibraslap. She started playing classical piano at the age of seven, a skill she
soon learned to marry up with singing. While in London five years ago, she
began writing original songs while extending her repertoire to include
popular and jazz, becoming in demand both at home and abroad. On her return
to Christchurch in 2002, she became a regular face on the cafe-bar and
restaurant scene, continuing with jazz piano, and playing and singing with a
timeless jazz band. Her adventures took her overseas once more, where she
gained a residency at a top piano bar in central Dublin, and even enjoyed a
stint playing in Norway! Now planted in Christchurch once again, Caroline
says "Stepping out on centre stage, taking the mic and playing that funky
music with Vibraslap is an absolute blast every time."

"Pete started out playing the classic rock songs of Led Zeppelin and Pink
Floyd but since graduating from the Christchurch Jazz School in '96, he fell
in love with jazz and all it's subtleties and hasn't looked back ...much. His
playing has taken him all around the world, from Akaroa to Alaska, Florida
to Finland, Pete's been there, playing as much as possible. He has been
playing professionally in and around Christchurch for more than 10 years in
a wide range of groups of all sizes, duos, trios, septets and big bands.
